Dr. Sendi Sanjaya, S.H., M.H.
Sendi Sanjaya obtained his Bachelor of Law and Master of Law degrees from Krisnadwipayana University (UNKRIS), and Doctor of Law degree from Universitas Tujuh Belas Agustus.
Sendi Sanjaya has extensive experience advising and representing individuals, corporations, and business entities across a broad spectrum of legal matters. His areas of practice include real estate and land law, commercial and corporate law, employment law, intellectual property, as well as the drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial agreements.
He commenced his legal career at Anwarsyah Tarigan & Partners Law Office and Musita Law Office before being appointed Managing Partner of SA3 & Associates Law Office. In addition to his private practice, he served as General Manager of Legal & Compliance at PT Lotte Mart Indonesia and PT Lotte Shopping Indonesia, where he was responsible for overseeing legal affairs, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and legal risk management.
Alongside his legal practice, Sendi Sanjaya is actively involved in academia as a lecturer in both the Bachelor's Degree and Master Degree at the Faculty of Law, Empu Tantular University. He is admitted to practice as an Advocate in Indonesia and is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI).
